What is Solailo.Studio?

Solailo.Studio is a freelance design studio, which offers you interior design, space planning, colour coordination, and interior related consulting services.

We created a new word “Solailo”, inspired by living under the beautiful sky in Finland. “Sola” written as “sora” in Japanese means “Sky”. And “ilo” in Finnish means “Happiness”, while in Japanese written as “iro” means “Colour”.

Thoughts

“Beautiful sky & happy life!” is what we simply feel about our life in Finland. Living under an amazing beautiful sky in Finland can discover so many beautiful colours from it. Blue, green, grey, purple, red, or even pink…They are colours from sky, and they are colours of life. We wish throughout our interior design, more and more people could find their favourite “colour” and live an even happier life!

Logo

Solailo.Studio logo is inspired by colours we discovered from Finnish sky. We collected colours from photos shot on morning, day, afternoon, night as well spring, summer, autumn and winter in northern Finland. Then added to our logo background. All the round shape colours are different and unique with no boarders and frames surrounded by. It’s like our goal in interior design, cross the boarders to be creative, no defined frames to be unique.
